Blake Odom

President & COO

Blake is the President and Co-Founder of Applied Business Solutions. He has served business owners for 16 years with his experience in the insurance, business services, HR outsourcing industries.

Jennifer O'Brien

Director of Human Resources

Brad directs the human resources and recruitment operations at Applied business solutions. With of a decade of experience in employee management, engagement, recruitment, risk mitigation, and compliance functions, he created a consultative based approach to guide our recruitment operations.

Eric Leister

Director of Sales

Eric is responsible for the Sales Team and making sure that things run smoothly. Eric has over 20 years of experience in Sales and 15 years of Leadership level of experience as well. In overseeing the sales team Eric handles all first contacts with anyone interested in potentially becoming a client of Applied Business Solutions

Client Experience Manager

Sarah leads the client experience and integration teams and works to deliver superior customer service to Applied’s clients nationwide. She has been in the Staffing and PEO industry since 2014 and strives to foster improvements in customer satisfaction and develop ongoing strategies for success.

Marketing & Brand Manager

Michael directs marketing initiatives for the Applied Business Soutions family. He has more than 10 years of experience in public relations, business marketing & branding, design strategy development and campaign planning.
